Oracle SCM Solution Architect / Technical Lead
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Solution Architect / Technical Lead with 15+ years of Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) experience to lead enterprise-wide Oracle SCM transformation initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Oracle Fusion SCM: Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Data Hub (PDH), Quality & Cost Management
- Strong expertise in Plan-to-Make (PTM), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Direct Procurement, and PLM
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, VBCS, APEX, REST/SOAP APIs
- ERP integrations, data migration (FBDI/ADFDI), AI Agents, Fusion Data Intelligence
- Experience with WMS, OTM/GTM, MES, and other supply chain integrations
- Lead solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, CRP, SIT/UAT, deployments, and post-go-live support
- Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and governance experience
- Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences or other regulated industries is highly preferred
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion)
- 10+ years in Oracle SCM Solution Architecture
- Proven experience leading large Oracle SCM/Fusion implementations and modernization programs
- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications are a plus
