Collections Specialist

Experience: Strong Banking Collections Experience Required We are seeking an experienced Collection Specialist with a strong background in early-stage collections and bank collections operations , including both inbound and outbound collections. Must have early-stage collections experience Extensive experience in banking collections operations Strong expertise in inbound & outbound collections Experience in delinquency trend analysis, root-cause identification, and recovery optimization Proven leadership experience managing collections teams in a high-volume environment Strong communication, negotiation, and escalation management skills Experience coaching and developing agents to achieve performance goals Workforce planning, operational reporting, and collections technology experience Strong problem-solving, decision-making, accountability, and performance management skills High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience when handling customer/member interactions Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and regulatory requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
