We are looking for dedicated Material Handlers to join their team! In this role, you'll help provide innovative molded products to a diverse range of industries.
A typical day as a Material Handler includes:
* Checking each machine to confirm hoppers are full of material and material is available to complete the production run
* Checking each workstation to confirm each work cell has the proper packaging and the correct amount to support production requirements
* Removing finished goods as needed to keep the work cell organized and safe
* Planning for each die change to reduce downtime
* Ensuring machines are completely cleaned and free of all plastic resin, purges, and old parts (Runners, Spurs, Scrap)
* Must be able to read, write and speak English
* Removing and storing all unused materials and packaging in its proper location
* Supporting cycle counts when needed
* Operating the Hilo in a safe manner and ensuring it is running properly
We offer Material Handlers:
* A pay rate starting at $18/hr
* Full-time work on all three shifts
* The opportunity to be hired in with good attendance and productivity
