Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description:
We are seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to assist with various duties throughout the yard, warehouse, and manufacturing facility. The role involves unloading incoming trucks, bringing materials to production employees, preparing orders for shipping, loading and unloading trucks. operating various material handling equipment, and organizing the yard.
Job Duties:

• Unload incoming flat bed trucks and organize materials
• Pull metal materials from the yard and organize yard
• Operated forklifts, overhead cranes, loaders, and even skidsteers as needed
• Prepare finished products for shipping to customers and build crates for shipping
• Assist with other duties within the shop including assembly and machine operating as needed

Hours: 1st shift 4X10's
Requirements:

• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and overhead cranes preferred
• 1-2+ years of relevant warehousing or material handling experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
