Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide management with regular reports on financial performance and key metrics. Cost Accounting: Monitor production costs and analyze variances against budgeted and standard costs. Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track expenses and allocate costs appropriately. Work with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for the plant. Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management on deviations and corrective actions. Collaborate with department heads to align spending with strategic objectives. Inventory Management: Oversee the valuation and control of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Must have: Minimum 5+ years' experience must have manufacturing and standard costing Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
