Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical, results-driven SEO Specialist to join our international SEO team at BOLD Poland. In this execution-focused track, you will partner directly alongside the SEO Leader to implement high-impact organic traffic acquisition strategies for our high-volume global web portals. Moving beyond basic search adjustments, you will independently manage technical and on-page optimization tasks end-to-end inside an agile, 2-week sprint structure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Engineering, and UX Design squads to maximize conversion values, execute detailed competitor gap analyses, and perform rigorous internal crawl audits.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Task Lifecycle Ownership: Draft, monitor, and independently execute end-to-end technical optimization tasks, setting up clear tickets within JIRA and managing pipeline completions.
• Crawl Optimization & Audits: Perform systematic structural audits using Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to guarantee core pages fully meet Google best practices.
• Multi-Region Collaboration: Sync and partner cross-functionally with distributed business squads in the US, Puerto Rico, India, and Poland to integrate content marketing with conversion optimization goals.
• Traffic & Conversion Telemetry: Monitor real-time organic channel rankings, identify search visibility drops, and build actionable revenue reports utilizing Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Workspace .
• Competitor Intelligence Analysis: Conduct deep keyword and architectural analyses of competitor landing pages to inform our international content roadmap and site-wide keyword indexing hierarchies.
• Strategic Roadmap Reviews: Evaluate individual performance and organic milestones against monthly targets, quarterly team roadmaps, and global corporate budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Professional history running successful on-page, off-page, technical, and data-driven organic growth strategies for high-traffic web platforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency using professional optimization toolsets, specifically including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog .
• Advanced written and verbal English communication mechanics (Minimum C1 level) optimized to handle documentation and align with international product teams.
• Strong organizational capacity to manage multiple technical web projects simultaneously within a fast-moving, sprint-driven workspace.
• A proactive, business-first analytical mindset that prioritizes long-term organic growth goals over short-lived hacks.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first operational framework open exclusively to qualified specialists permanently living inside or willing to relocate to Poland .

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience handling technical SEO within large-scale multi-lingual platforms or product management structures.
• Basic familiarity or know-how running product A/B testing variations and tracking CRO metrics.
• Knowledge of programming logic, stats processing, or data visibility dashboard systems (such as **Looker, Sisense, Microstrategy, or R**).
