Work Details:
• Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (3 FTE)
• Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
• Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
• Types of surgery General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
Need someone that is able to work in the Main OR's, most of the time at Memorial

EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center & Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: WV
• License Required: Yes
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
