Production Associate – | 4-Day Work Week | Weekly Pay & Benefits

Join our team! We are a successful custom automotive manufacturing company located in Solon, Ohio, specializing in high-quality auto custom materials. We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associate employees to support our production operations and contribute to our continued success. This position supports Machine Operators in the production process and offers opportunities for cross-training and advancement into Machine Operator roles.

Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
2ND Shift 4:30 PM- 3:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
Occasional Friday overtime as needed to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:

Manufacturing experience is a plus; training provided.
Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Strong focus on quality and safety.
Basic math and arithmetic skills required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
