Senior Client Manager - Commercial Entertainment Insurance

SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER DEPARTMENT: COMMERCIAL ENTERTAINMENT INSURANCE STATUS: NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE TYPE: FULL TIME Responsibilities The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage and cross sell within the existing book of business. The Senior Client Manager will be the day-to-day liaison between the insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts, manage and control the relationships with clients, address coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handle service work, renewal control, proposal preparation, binding policies, etc. Qualifications Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients. Provide consistent communication through email, phone, and meetings. Respond to client inquiries within a 24 hour timeline. Resolve or assist with service or claims issues. Design insurance plans and propose out-of-the-box solutions. Assist with coverage changes; market each contact. Conduct face-to-face meetings to review reports and maintain relationships. Educate clients about coverage, exclusions, exposures, and stewardship programs. Monitor client satisfaction quarterly and report findings to Producer. Additional Qualifications College degree preferred (high school diploma required). Current California Department of Insurance license. 3-7 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods. Use office machinery such as fax, copy machines, and telephones. Typical interior/office work environment. The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,400 to $120,500, with additional incentives and benefits.
