Maintain and update the Communication Log daily. Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary. Department scanning. Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures. Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones. Base pay will be determined on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education and other factors.
