As a Cocinero(a) at Nick The Greek, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the freshest and tastiest dishes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following our recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Managing food preparation and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Contributing to the overall guest experience by delivering high-quality meals on time.

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the kitchen. Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- A strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering quality dishes.
- A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
