What You'll Do Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services Research tax issues and communicate findings and recommendations to clients and firm leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors Review workpapers and ensure compliance with firm quality standards Coordinate multiple client engagements, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously Assist with IRS and state tax authority examinations and correspondence Identify opportunities to improve client operations and provide value-added advisory services What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing) 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience for Supervisor level 7+ years of recent public accounting tax experience for Manager level Strong technical knowledge of individual and business taxation Experience reviewing tax returns and supervising staff Excellent communication and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Why Join This Firm?
