Full-Time | $21.00 – $25.00/hour based on experience, plus eligible to receive incentives paid monthly of $3,000+ annually.

Your Role:
As an Account and Loan Representative, you’ll play a dual role: providing personalized, high-quality service to members while actively identifying and pursuing new business. You’ll uncover member needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and take initiative to prospect, generate leads, and follow up — helping individuals achieve their goals while advancing TEG’s mission.

  Account and Loan Representative Responsibilities:

• -Open and maintain member accounts (including general, custodial, and business memberships) with precision and compliance.
• -Assist members with account maintenance, digital banking setup, and service inquiries.
• -Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend credit union products and services.
• -Educate members on loan products and gather complete, accurate loan application information.
• -Proactively seek growth opportunities through outbound calls and prospecting activities.
• -Maintain strong follow-through and relationship management to support long-term member success.
• -Support branch operations and provide leadership coverage in the absence of management.
• -Uphold a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and service excellence.

What You Bring:

• -1–3 years of job-related experience in credit union or banking environments.
• -A track record of building strong customer/member relationships.
• -Familiarity with consumer lending and account services.
• -Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• -A self-starter mindset — driven to achieve goals and improve every day.
• -Willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones, own results, and support team success.
