Catering StaffSAGE Dining Services® is looking for Catering Staff who love both great hospitality and great food.This is a true front-of-house + back-of-house role, with an even mix of event service and kitchen support.Help prepare food, organize catering orders, and make sure everything is ready to go before the event.Set up beautiful buffets, stations, tables, and event spaces.Jump in during service to greet and assist guests, serve food, and make sure everyone has a great experience.Work closely with the kitchen team to keep food coming out on time, looking great, and at the right temperature.Help with event breakdown, cleanup, storage, and getting everything ready for the next event.Communicate with clients, guests, and the SAGE team throughout each event.Be the person who can confidently move from the kitchen to the event floor and back again.Help lead catering staff and keep everyone moving in the same direction.We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, energetic, and genuinely enjoys hospitality.Catering experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and wants to grow.If you like variety, working with people, and being part of making an event come together from start to finish, this could be your role.Schedule: Our catering calendar will include events on days, nights, and weekends.Transportation: Free on-campus parking is available. SAGE Perks Employee discount program for retailers, wireless plans, movie tickets, etc.Ensure that our clients' catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event.Properly set up a buffet or serving station, and lift and carry heavy equipment, trays, and dishes.Practice food safety, sanitation practices, and procedures.Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.Clean all work areas and guest service areas on an ongoing basis.Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.Ability to set guest tables with uniform formal place settings.Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.Creativity and attention to detail to set up tables, linens, and chairs in an appealing manner.Professional appearance and attitude to represent the Team positively.Excellent communication skills to interact with SAGE Team Members and guests.Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends.Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
