Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their team in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Rockwall, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive OBGYN hospitalist services to the suburban Dallas community, collaborating with in-house neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists. The position is ideal for professionals seeking a vibrant community and strong growth potential in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Practice Info Partnership with Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Level III NICU with 1,700-deliveries annually Affiliated, In-house neonatologists and NNPs Maternal-fetal medicine specialists available for high-risk pregnancies Anesthesiology services in-house, 24/7 Responsibilities OB triage Admissions Attending deliveries Inpatient care Seeing unassigned patients and private call coverage Covering the OB floor ER consults for GYN emergencies Surgical assists at cesarean sections, fetal monitoring and emergency response in labor and delivery Compensation Competitive compensation package Many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Disability Healthcare FSA Dependent Care FSA and HSAs 401k plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Shift & Schedule 5.5 24-hour shifts/month Requirements Open to PT with 5 years' experience preferably BC/BE OBGYN
