Operations Coordinator

MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administrative Coordinator to join a growing company in Pompano Beach.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative or operations experience preferably in a warehouse furniture distribution or similar environment. This person will support the Sales and Operations teams manage administrative processes prepare quotations maintain accurate records and coordinate daily activities. Compensation: Commensurate with experience ($22-25 per hour)
Tasks RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and review customer quotations including products pricing images and required information.
Assist the Sales team with quotations and customer follow-up.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations departments.
Update product and pricing information in QuickBooks.
Maintain accurate administrative records and company information.
Follow up on pending tasks and customer requests.
Support internal processes and quality control.
Assist with daily administrative and operational activities.
Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
Previous administrative or operations experience.
QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience with Google Drive Google Workspace and Dropbox.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese.
Furniture or warehouse experience is a plus.
