Operations Coordinator

Summary The Operations Coordinator supports the boutique's commercial success by maintaining compliance and operational excellence. The role manages daily administrative, financial, logistics, and inventory processes while supporting a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure product is handled, shipped, received, and tracked correctly. Monitor sales transactions and paperwork, support other transactional flows, and maintain inventory controls. Manage boutique supplies, support audits and care service processes, and uphold Maison policies and standards. Collaborate with boutique teams and management to improve workflows, solve problems, and support special projects. Requirements Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience is a plus. Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed; able to move packages and products. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
