Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students as a long-term Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Lakeville, MN. This full-time contract position is designed for the upcoming academic year, covering a leave from August 31st until approximately October 14th. Work with a supportive team while making a meaningful difference in a vibrant middle school environment.

The caseload consists of around 40 middle school students, providing services ranging from speech sound production to language and social communication skills. Experienced clinicians with CCC are welcome, and there is the exciting option to supervise a Clinical Fellow (CF) if you are interested in short-term mentorship during this assignment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure for Minnesota
• CCC-SLP certification preferred (CF applicants with eligibility welcome)
• School-based experience or pediatric background strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of middle school students effectively
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Open to supervising Clinical Fellows (CFYs) if desired

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to middle school students
• Evaluate, develop, and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and district policies
• Supervise and mentor a Clinical Fellow, if applicable
