Starting Salary: $60,000+ annually (based on experience)

AnthroMed Education is hiring Clinical Fellowship Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CFs) for the 2026–2027 school year. This school-based Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) opportunity is designed specifically for new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists who want strong mentorship, thoughtful placements, and ongoing clinical support so you can grow with confidence throughout your CF year.

We have supported 50+ CF-SLPs, and 100% have successfully earned their CCC-SLP.

Your Role as a School-Based SLP-CF

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in school settings
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Deliver individual and group therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
• Gain hands-on experience across AAC, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

Who We’re Hoping to Meet

• Graduate students completing their Speech-Language Pathology program this spring
• New grads entering their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Eligible for state SLP licensure prior to the start date
• Interested in school-based Speech-Language Pathologist roles (no prior school experience required)
