Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials accepted
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, flexible, and proactive approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students individually and in small groups
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Prepare engaging materials and activities tailored to student goals
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and report on outcomes
• Participate in school meetings, team discussions, and professional development opportunities
• Offer guidance to support staff and communicate regularly with families and educators to encourage student growth
