Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) OR those in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) also considered
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience is highly valued
• State licensure (or eligibility) required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with articulation, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs within the classroom environment
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff trainings as needed
