You will support elementary students during an FMLA leave, working a full 40-hour week from the start of the school year through Thanksgiving, with potential possibilities for extension. Experience a supportive, collaborative environment that values your skills and encourages new ideas.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric settings, preferably school-based
• Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to elementary students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
