Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students, addressing a variety of communication and language needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations to teams and families
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated care
