Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a respected public school district near Eden Prairie, MN. With a full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week, you’ll provide vital speech and language services throughout one building, making a meaningful impact during this long-term substitute assignment from August 24, 2026, to October 9, 2026.

Candidates must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), and experience in school-based settings is highly valued. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students unlock their communication potential and thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license in Minnesota and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based SLP experience, preferably at the middle school level
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to new environments and initiatives

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy, consultation, and monitor student progress
• Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Work with teachers and families to support students’ learning and development
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
