Thomas Printworks is looking for a driven professional to lead new business development across a regional territory from our San Antonio, TX office. This position is well-suited for a proven hunter who thrives on prospecting and developing a pipeline of clients seeking integrated print and marketing fulfillment solutions—not transactional or commodity print services. Based in San Antonio, you’ll partner with a strong operations and sales support team to build lasting relationships and deliver sustained, solution-oriented growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined regional territory
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with clear value-based opportunities
• Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solving customer challenges
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, production, and fulfillment teams to deliver on commitments
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Consistently grow a pipeline capable of generating $1M+ annually within 24 months
• Manage sales forecasting and territory planning to meet revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales within the print industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

• Marketing support and target account resources
