Maintenance Technician Job Title: Maintenance Technician Hourly Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 (Full‑time) Location: STONECREST & WESTMINISTER – SPOKANE, WA At Coast Property Management we build careers. In this role you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and upkeep of our community, delivering quality work while maintaining a safe environment for residents.
