Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Prosecution and Litigation Associate to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and software, with experience in patent prosecution and litigation, particularly in wireless communication standards such as 5G, 6G, and 3GPP. Responsibilities Draft and prosecute patent applications. Engage in patent litigation processes. Collaborate with a team on complex legal matters. Conduct legal research and analysis. Requirements 2‑6 years of legal experience in patent law. Admitted to the USPTO. Licensed to practice law or ability to become licensed in the state of employment. Experience in wireless communication standards is preferred. Education Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Certifications USPTO registration.
