Finance Director

Our client is entering an exciting period of growth and organizational evolution. As Finance Director, you'll partner directly with the President to strengthen the finance function, build a more data-driven organization, and help prepare the business for continued expansion across North America. This is an opportunity for a strategic finance leader who wants to influence more than the numbers. You'll help develop people, improve processes, guide business decisions, and play a key role in shaping the organization's future.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis
Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and executive leadership to drive profitability
Lead strategic initiatives including operational improvements and acquisition integration
Build stronger financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
Develop and mentor the finance team while supporting future organizational growth

About You

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial organizations
Ability to translate financial data to strategic business decisions
Experience leading teams through growth and organizational change
