Job DescriptionPhysician Assistant (PA-C) opening in Chico, CA. Monday through Friday, no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call. Starting at $140,000 with room to grow as you gain experience. Pacific Rehab Consultants is hiring PAs to see patients in skilled nursing facilities in Chico and the surrounding area.\n\nAbout Pacific Rehab Consultants\nWe are a 100% physician-owned physiatry group founded by Dr. Michael Decker, D.O., with one focus: build a rehabilitation company where clinical communication, education, and teamwork are the standard. We place PAs in skilled nursing facilities across the West Coast, and we are growing fast.\n\nThe Schedule\nMonday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call. You focus on patients and we handle the rest.\n\nThe Role\nYou will conduct comprehensive PM&R evaluations and follow-up visits at skilled nursing facilities under physician supervision. Day to day, you will prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostics, develop personalized care plans, educate nursing and therapy staff, and document in Elation Health EMR. You will work closely with our Board-Certified PM&R physicians and a multidisciplinary team across specialties. This is a role where your clinical judgment genuinely matters.\n\nRequirements\nPA-C board certification with an active California state license and DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain). PM&R experience is a plus but not required.
