Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

RN – Surgical Services

40-hour work week, day shift from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some call coverage on weekends. Late days may be required to complete surgical case loads.

Rotational call with other staff members, averaging 1 to 2 days a week and every other weekend or every 3rd weekend, depending on staffing levels.

Current RN licensure in Colorado; minimum of 3 years of experience in Pre-op, OR/Circulator, and PACU; ACLS certification required; CNOR and scrub experience preferred.

Conduct assessments and document patient care; provide emotional support and coordinate patient transfers; recover patients and circulate surgical cases; assist with processing instruments/equipment; prepare patients for surgery and provide patient education; adhere to principles of infection control and departmental policies; follow national standards and guidelines.
