Server/Bartender Position

Proactive Guest Interaction: Regularly check in with guests to gauge their satisfaction and anticipate their needs. Being proactive in addressing any issues or requests can significantly enhance their experience.
Handling Complaints: Actively listen to guests' complaints, showing empathy and understanding. Promptly inform a manager about any issues and work towards resolving them effectively, always aiming to exceed expectations and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
