Vice President, Pricing
Forward Air
Forward Air seeks a Vice President, Pricing to lead enterprise-wide pricing strategy across its expedited LTL, intermodal, final mile, truckload, and transportation management services. This executive will design data-driven pricing frameworks that improve yield and margin while supporting growth in retail, e-commerce, industrial, and commercial segments. Reporting to senior leadership, the VP will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align pricing with service performance and network capacity. The role oversees pricing analytics, governance, RFP/contract pricing, and adoption of modern pricing tools, while building and leading a high-performing pricing team in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
