We are seeking an Agronomy Technician responsible for safe and appropriate application of fertilization and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) for our landscape maintenance properties. Responsibilities Identifying, diagnosing, and treating turf and ornamental issues as they arise. Applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and plant material in accordance with industry practices, safety procedures, label instructions, and regulatory requirements. Preparing and mixing products according to label instructions and product specifications and using them in accordance with prescribed safety precautions. Ensuring safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment; adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Maintaining cleanliness of vehicle and equipment. Keeping accurate records of products used. Completing all required correspondence regarding work orders. Retaining customers through rapport, communication, and meeting expectations. Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform IPM duties. Performing miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
