Weekday positions are 4P-12A, paying up to $20/Hr. Weekend positions include a $5/hour differential and are flexible with typical schedules of 10A-12A. Base rate is $17/HR. AMP provides paid training and a great work environment. We are currently offering a $1,000 retention bonus. Schedules: 2nd shift (M-F 4P-12A) Mid-day shifts 10A-8P, 1-4 days per week Full-time overnights Part-time overnights (Friday & Saturday 12A-10A) Part-time weekend overnights (Saturdays and Sundays 10A-12A) Additional weekday shifts can build into full-time We can adjust shifts to suit you. Responsibilities: Provide 1-on-1 residential care 24/7 to children and adults with intellectual and mental health challenges. Engage in daily activities and support patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication reminders, and mobility. Document patient progress and report changes to team members. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license. Minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma. Willingness to learn, grow, and maintain a positive attitude when caring for challenging individuals. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
