Resident Services Coordinator (RSC)

As a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Assisted Living residents receive the highest quality care while supporting families and leading our health services team of caregivers and med techs. In this position, you will work closely with the community nurse and health services administrator to ensure the accuracy and excellence of care for our treasured residents. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm (Flexible) Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families regarding care needs. Manage resident charts and care updates, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with the team. Lead care conferences with residents and families to ensure care plans align with their needs and preferences. Manage caregiver and med tech schedules, including finding coverage for open shifts. Be on-call for open caregiver or med-tech shifts. Assist in conducting continuing education and training for employees. Assist in counseling and coaching employees as needed. Skills: Leadership & Team-Building: Inspire and guide caregivers and med techs to provide exceptional care. Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to achieve a common goal. Communication & Emotional Intelligence: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with eMAR systems, electronic charting, and scheduling tools. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Stay calm under pressure, resolve challenges efficiently, and make informed decisions. Reliability & Organization: Strong attendance, flexibility, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
