Nutz Deep II in Marshfield, WI is looking for a host to join our team! We are looking for an energetic and organized Host/Hostess to join our team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression for our guests while helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly during busy service times. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage wait lists and seat guests in an efficient and organized manner Maintain awareness of table availability and communicate with servers to ensure a smooth service flow Bus and reset tables quickly to keep seating moving during busy periods Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner Take accurate to-go orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff Provide guests with menus and silverware Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Assist team members as needed to ensure a positive guest experience Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced enviroment Strong Communication Skills Ability to remain calm and professional during busy shifts Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry bus tubs and move quickly throughout restaurant What we are looking for: Someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy atmosphere, and takes pride in helping create a great guest experience from the moment the customers walk through the door. #J-18808-Ljbffr
