This leader owns the full IBD/RIA prospect funnel, from lead generation through qualification, nurture, and sales handoff. Direct accountability spans pipeline volume, lead quality, and conversion rates. The role demands hands-on execution: diagnosing funnel performance, optimizing lead source ROI, managing the sales relationship, and solving blockers in real time. This person will build a scalable prospecting engine, apply rigor to lead quality and conversion metrics, and partner closely with Sales, Recruiting, Product, and Compliance to align marketing output with business needs.
