In this role, you will own key elements of the monthly close, revenue recognition, and cost accounting for Kohler Hospitality, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will analyze results, variances, and KPIs to inform operational decisions, and partner closely with resort and hospitality leaders on budgeting and forecasting. You will also lead improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting tools, leveraging ERP and advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities Lead accounting and financial processes supporting Kohler Hospitality operations Ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocations, and monthly close activities Analyze financial results, variances, and KPIs to guide operational decisions Design and improve accounting workflows, controls, and reporting tools Partner with operations and hospitality leaders on budgeting and forecasting Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies Support audits, reconciliations, and internal control documentation Develop dashboards and reports to improve financial visibility Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize hospitality profitability Mentor junior team members on accounting processes and best practices Required Skills Financial reporting General ledger accounting Revenue recognition Cost accounting Budgeting and forecasting Process improvement Internal controls and compliance Financial analysis and variance analysis ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Advanced Excel and data analytics #J-18808-Ljbffr American Accounting Association
