You will have experience working with technology and assisting customers. We are looking for a self-starter that will support our rapidly growing customer base./ppThis position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3ulliProspecting territory via calls and email and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate Carson Dellosas value proposition to new users and to identify their requirements for the sales team/liliEnsure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns/liliConduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology/liliUsing CRM systems to manage relationships, maintain accurate sales pipeline and collecting and analyzing customer data/liliThe ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, persuade them to purchase educational supplemental resources, and meet or exceed sales targets/liliThe capability to effectively communicate and present information about educational supplemental resources to educators, schools, and other potential customers/liliEngaging in active listening and possessing interpersonal skills to better understand customer needs to formulate appropriate resource solutions/liliUnderstanding district buying cycles, market trends and competitor landscape is also essential/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliBA/BS degree required/lili1+ years of sales experience, preferably with inside sales/liliK-12 teaching experience or other educational experience is a plus/liliA high level of self-motivation, energy and drive to succeed/liliDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively/liliExperience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs/liliProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail/liliExcellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills/liliUnderstanding of web applications/liliAbility to accommodate various domestic time zones is a plus/li/ulh3About IXL Learning/h3pIXL Learning is the countrys largest EdTech company.
