Sales Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Cary, NC. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges, present tailored consulting solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process. This role includes managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, presentations, and closing. The Sales Consultant will maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and support long-term partnerships. Daily activities include conducting discovery calls and meetings, preparing sales materials, collaborating with consulting team members, updating CRM records, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution selling, and managing a consultative sales process.
• Experience in Consulting and working closely with clients to diagnose issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry with an established network in this space
• Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up, relationship building, and delivering on commitments.
• Customer Service skills to support client inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills, including pipeline management, time management, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting and engaging with clients on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity software is preferred.
