Job Summary As a Front Office Associate at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both patients and the dental team. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, friendly first impression as their go‑to point of contact. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each guest has a positive experience. Efficiently manage appointment confirmations and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly. Coordinate financial agreements and ensure clarity for guests. Maintain a clear, organized, and inviting office environment for both guests and team members. Assist with other tasks as needed to support the office and team.
