Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans that address each student’s IEP goals
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to support holistic student development
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with school and state standards
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom that encourages self-confidence, independence, and academic achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
• Advocate for equitable access to resources and learning opportunities for all students
