Job Details Job Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204 Education Level: High School Salary Range: $17.50 - $21.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Responsibilities Provide professional security services to protect people and property, ensuring a vigilant presence and adherence to all company and state regulations under the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA). Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity. Monitor CCTV systems, inspect equipment, and perform access control duties. Write clear, comprehensive, and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs. Enforce client policies, rules, and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Investigate disturbances and respond to emergency situations as trained. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Clean criminal record verified by background check. If employed by a Contract Security Agency: Candidate must be sponsored by the employer and obtain a state‑issued Security Guard License from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA).
