RN Clinical Liaison

As we grow and expand our Hospice PA program, we are looking for a full-time Clinical Liaison! This position will be based in the Downingtown, PA area, but will serve as a road‑warrior covering Chester County, PA. It is a full‑time role offering a competitive salary and robust benefits. Responsibilities Promote Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community. Assist the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice through participation in local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations. Represent Journey Hospice in local organizations. Serve as a patient advocate when residents are hospitalized. Education / Training / Certifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. RN or LPN from an accredited school. Valid PA Driver’s License. Experience Sales experience in a healthcare setting. Skills Relationship building and negotiation skills required. Excellent organizational & time‑management skills. Detail oriented & able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A self‑starter able to think & exercise independent judgment. Able to respond to customer requests in a timely manner. An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population. Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail. Computer expertise: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Marketing Database software. Dependable & flexible with work hours. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.
