As we grow and expand our Hospice PA program, we are looking for a full-time Clinical Liaison! This position would be based in the Downingtown, PA area, but will be a road-warrior, covering Chester County, PA. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and robust benefits !

The Clinical Liaison promotes Journey Hospice to the community, local hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers, social workers and other healthcare professionals to maintain a healthy census in the skilled nursing community.

Assists the Marketing Department in promoting Journey Hospice to the community to the local area through participation on local boards, community groups, neighborhood block associations, and other organizations.

Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.

Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.

Education/Training/Certifications:

Required : RN, BSN or ASN

Valid PA Drivers License. PA RN Licensure

Experience :

Sales experience in a healthcare setting.

1. Relationship building and negotiating skills required.
2. Excellent organizational & time management skills
3. Detail oriented & able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. A self-starter and able to think & exercise independent judgment.
5. Able to respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
6. An enthusiastic person with sincere compassion for the senior population.
7. Professional appearance & proper phone etiquette without fail.
8. Computer Expertise Required: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Marketing

Database software

1. Dependable & have flexibility with work hours.
2. Strong communication skills (oral and written) and excellent interpersonal skills.

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals internal and external to the Community.
