Groundskeeper - Mountain Vista Resort

Groundskeeper Responsibilities Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed. Maintain resort grounds daily, including landscaping and site cleanliness. Pick up and dispose of site trash and maintain clean conditions in the refuse area. Keep roadways, loading/unloading areas, parking garage, and walkways free of litter. Monitor water/sprinkler systems for peak efficiency and good repair. Ensure safety compliance on resort grounds. Assist with planting or removal of landscape elements and general grounds. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
