Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

Under general direction of the Facilities Manager, the full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician will oversee the maintenance of the building. This includes the primary fields of electrical, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, plumbing, etc.

Performs basic and routine maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards.

Assist with miscellaneous facility projects, including painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures and moving furniture or materials within the facilities.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

A minimum of 5 years of commercial or institutional experience in the identified primary field.

Must be able to move furniture, equipment and other materials weighing up to and more than 100lbs.; to move about within very tight spaces where large and potentially dangerous equipment is stored; Range: $20.00 - $24.00, Hourly

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
