Handyman / Punch-Out Carpenter
Full-Time | 30–40 Hours Per Week
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team for ongoing residential work that includes interior and exterior renovations. This position involves completing punch-list items, repairs, finishing work, labor warranty work, and general carpentry tasks. The job offers 30-40 hours a week with potential for consistent full-time work and full-time benefits for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Complete punch-out and finish carpentry work
- Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance
- Handle odds-and-ends tasks on job sites
- Repair drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and with attention to detail
Requirements
- 3–5 years of carpentry experience required
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Experience with punch work and finishing details preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Reliable tools, truck, and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Schedule
- 30–40 hours per week with potential for full time work for the right candidate
