Position Overview: MUST BE LOCAL TO FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL We are seeking a highly driven, relationship/referral focused and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing sales organization. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support the company’s continued growth and success, thru networking, relationships and direct sourcing. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality—someone who is proactive, resourceful, and energized by building pipelines, pursuing high-caliber candidates, and closing talent gaps. This role is best suited for a true go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results. Leveraging expertise in sales, business development, and recruitment, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while building a high-performing team aligned with our company’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels, including job boards, university campuses, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals Proactively identify, engage, and qualify candidates through outreach, screening, and in-depth interviewing Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and design tailored recruiting strategies Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance Continuously pipeline high-performing talent, maintaining momentum and urgency in filling roles Utilize modern recruiting tools and technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency Qualifications Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably with Financial Services Sourcing experience Proven success with hitting targets and expectations Demonstrated success in building relationships and driving results through proactive outreach and strategic engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment A self-starter with a hunter mindset, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented approach Comfortable adapting to evolving technologies and recruiting tools, with a strong and active presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels Clear and structured career development pathways Competitive base salary with a generous bonus structure Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 3% match Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Growth Suite Consulting
