About the Role The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal partners and external customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You’ll work cross-functionally to support sales operations, manage documentation, and help drive efficiency across the team. Essential Responsibilities Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Review, process, and manage agreements and documentation with a high level of accuracy. Compile and distribute reports, production data, and supporting materials. Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information and resolve issues. Ensure timely delivery of paperwork and projects to meet business needs. Create spreadsheets, comparisons, and supporting documents as needed. Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems. Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications (Required) Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive or F&I industry. Prior experience in an office or customer service-focused environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly. High level of initiative, urgency, and reliability.
